Gads. We made chocolate chips. What fun. And the winner of the chocolate tasting (which did actually leave me a bit groaning even thought we took wee little tastes):
Her chocolate was deep and complex, as she had added cinnamon and cayenne and ginger and cardamon, and there was a gooey yummy hazelnut filling with pecans in it…..tasted like the best turtle you ever had.

Now you are swimming in your favorite stream – chocolate!
Yipper. But I am so generally full at this point, all I seem to want is watermelon. So there you have it. “Won’t I be hungry on raw food?” I think not!
when you’re not eating chocolate (which does sound divine) are you feeling perkier? cleaner? are you getting a long-term sense of it, or not quite yet. Are you going to hire on somewhere as raw chef? otherwise you’ll have to have parties every night.
Well, dear – you are asking the Big Questions… and they are what I thought I’d be writing about, but I absolutely do not have the answers. I was thinking yesterday that I may have to actually write this blog when I get home…maybe then things will settle out. Funny about that. (But here’s a clue – I am making the chocolate but not really eating it. Hmm)
